Las Vegas Investment opportunity.
Last evening I spent some time with a group of developers and Realtors from Las Vegas. They are promoting a lovely 41 story high rise on the strip in Las Vegas. This building was totally sold out preconstruction however with the change in financing the US has encountered, 80 of the units have come back on the market. This development has 420 suites and is a five star property. What a great opportunity to invest in the US market in one of the few premier locations. Our dollar is still way up there in value as compared to the US dollar and currently these properties are "on Sale". I personally visited this complex and was blown away with the quality. From the moment you enter "Allure" you are greeted with marble floors, beautiful glass work, a consierge, valet parking etc. etc. The suites themselves all have views. These are not the random last few suites to sell in a building. These are ones that are located all over the building so a great selection. There are fantastic amenities, huge pool on the 6th floor with private cabanas, massive up to the minute work out room with lots of top of the line equiptment, party room, computor lab, meeting rooms, all with glass walls so you can still see the sunny out of doors! In talking with these gentleman, they let me see the statistics for Las Vegas and I can tell you that the market there has already turned the corner and is heading up. We wont see this opportunity again any time soon.
