Kyla has been a resident in the tri-cities her entire life, and loves living here. She currently resides in Coquitlam with her husband where they raise their four wonderful children. Being such a long time resident, Kyla is a familiar face to many and such has many contacts throughout the lowermainland and extensive knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area.

- She uses “up to the minute” software to scour the MLS system daily with your criteria looking for a match. Once found these properties are emailed to you so that you have an opportunity to see them firsthand. Many times you are alerted well before these properties are advertised to the general public. In our “fast” market this software is invaluable!
- With RE/MAX All Points, Kyla has a huge team of agents who all network to find our buyers properties. When a property is listed we are all alerted by e-mail when these properties are sent to the Real Estate board for publication. Another way you will be one of the first to know of a new listing!
- She is actively networking with Real Estate Agents from all other companies. In this way Kyla is in possession of information on properties that will be coming on the market in the near future.
- She often drives areas and look for the properties that may fit your criteria that are currently for sale by the owner. As your Agent Kyla is able to negotiate a showing and subsequently a purchase agreement for you with the owner.
- Kyla has a large database of sellers who at any time may be interested in marketing their properties; she regularly canvases this database to find properties for her buyers. These homes and properties would not normally be for sale. This is an excellent private source of properties that may yield exactly what you are looking for.
As your “Agent” and working only for clients under contract, Kyla is easily available to view properties with you. She is on the job all day, everyday!
