Part of School District #43, Belcarra is within a 15 minute drive of an elementary, middle, and secondary school. Despite its rural setting, residents can access more metropolitan services with ease. There is a local shopping centre at the intersection of Heritage Mountain Boulevard and Ioco Road, and Coquitlam Centre – featuring over 910,000 square feet of retail on two levels – is a mere 15 minute drive away.
